Yeah, I have over the past few days been thinking some more about what what happen to one of Anaander Mianaai's bodies if isolated and not implanted with the stuff etc. And, like, here is a creepy thing: we know some of AM's bodies die sometimes (old bodies are sent to do stuff with few guards); so someone could harvest DNA and do the cloning; and you'd then have... someone physically indistinguishable from AM, probably with different body language etc, and... how many people would try it (particularly in places AM didn't show up much so it'd be easy to do) and how fucked would that entire situation be augh.
